Welcome to my short Old School New Body Review. I wanted to reach out to people to let them know how this program worked for me. I bought it a few months ago to find motivation to get back into shape. I’ve tried everything under the moon to reach my weight loss goals, but I always seem to fall short on this. Somehow I get off the bad wagon and start eating poorly and working out altogether.

What I needed was some real motivation. The first thing I did was take a picture of what I looked like at the time and then tape it on my note board next to a picture of how I wanted to look after losing weight.

What I’ve found is that most of the workouts I tried just didn’t work for me. Not because they weren’t good workouts, I just couldn’t get into them. Most of the workouts I tried before were CD based workouts. But to be honest, I don’t like people shouting and commanding what to do next, how fast to run and when to jump. I just don’t like it.

That’s why a program like Old School New Body was perfect for me. All I did was sign-up, download, and get right into it. I also liked that the workouts had 3 different levels of intensity and that they could all be mixed up however I wanted them to.

What was a huge piece of freedom for me and is what ultimately got me into the program and finishing.

What Were My Results?

I have yet to get my body in shape to be exactly like the dream photo of mine, but I’m close and I am really getting there. I will have to do one more round, but seeing the progress and following workout routines that I enjoy helps more than you can imagine and I hope it helps you too.
